Morty Bistritzky is the Chief Executive Officer at Wasa Properties. As such, Mr. Bistritzky is responsible for the overall strategic direction and execution of the Company’s value-creation based objectives and oversees its entire real estate operation encompassing in excess of 2 million square feet of community and neighborhood shopping centers as well as office and industrial assets. Mr. Bistritzky is one of the founding partners of Wasa Properties and is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry Mr. Bistritzky is an established real estate veteran, while being involved in more than $1 billion worth of real estate projects. Mr. Bistritzky has been a member of International Council of Shopping Centers since 2002.
Shlomo Bistritzky is the Chief Financial Officer at Wasa Properties. Mr. Bistritzky is responsible for the overall strategic execution of the Company. Mr. Bistritzky is one of the founding partners of Wasa Properties and is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. With over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Bistritzky has been involved in more than $750 million worth of real estate projects. Mr. Bistritzky has been a member of International Council of Shopping Centers since 2001.
David Dombroff is the Senior Vice President at Wasa Properties. Mr. Dombroff is responsible for day to day operations of the company which includes: asset management, redevelopment, acquisitions and dispositions, and debt placement. Mr. Dombroff began his real estate career at The Puddingstone Group sourcing land acquisitions in Northern New Jersey for retail development with national tenancy. Mr. Dombroff has over 10 years of experience in the shopping center industry and has been a member of International Council of Shopping Centers since 2004.
David Richt is the Vice President of Asset Management at Wasa Properties and has been holding this position since 2008. Mr. Richt is an experienced real estate professional and focuses on asset management including assessing, recommending, and implementing strategic opportunities. With more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Richt is well adept on overseeing a portfolio of community and neighborhood shopping centers as well as office buildings. Mr. Richt is also a member of International Council of Shopping Centers since 2008. Mr. Richt holds both a Bachelors and Master’s degree from Beth Medrash Govoha.
George Khmiadashvili is the Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions at Wasa Properties and is responsible for the origination, strategic development and execution of all asset classes that meet Company’s investment criteria. Mr. Khmiadashvili has been with Wasa Properties since 2013 and is actively engaged in Company’s asset management, debt placement, lease administration and investor reporting processes. Mr. Khmiadashvili is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers since 2013 and holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Longwood University, where he represented the school in NCAA Division 1 and was nominated to the Presidential Honor Roll of Big South Conference. Mr. Khmiadashvili is on track to obtain an MBA degree in Finance and Real Estate from Rutgers Business School.
Eric Li is a Senior Associate at Wasa Properties and assists in development, asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, and investment analysis at the company. Mr. Li also focuses on construction management and job costing for all ongoing development sites. Mr. Li joined Wasa Properties in 2016 as a Real Estate Analyst. Prior to joining Wasa Properties, Mr. Li was part of a multi-family development firm based out of Brooklyn where he was responsible for underwriting, market research, and investor relations. Mr. Li holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration: Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Jacob Fireworker is the Controller at Wasa Properties. Mr. Fireworker is responsible for the financial and record keeping segments of the Company. Mr. Fireworker is a CPA with veteran experience having run Audits for PricewaterhouseCoopers largest client, and previously served as controller for one of the nations largest private landlords. Mr. Fireworker holds accreditation from the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is an advisory member of the NYSSCPA Chief Financial Officers & Real Estate committees.
