Shlomo Bistritzky is a Founding Principal of Wasa Properties. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Shlomo is a key figure in managing the company’s financial activities, ensuring stability, and driving strategic growth initiatives. He plays a critical role in shaping and overseeing the company’s financial strategy. Shlomo’s expertise spans financial forecasting, accounting, and reporting, enabling him to optimize cash flow and effectively manage risk. He has managed more than $750 million worth of real estate projects and has been actively involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers since 2001. 

David Dombroff serves as Managing Principal at Wasa Properties, where he oversees all facets of the company’s day-to-day operations and guides its client services and corporate growth. With over 15 years of experience in the shopping center industry, David began his real estate career at The Puddingstone Group, sourcing land acquisitions in Northern New Jersey for retail development with national tenancy. He brings extensive knowledge and expertise to his role, managing asset management, construction, acquisitions, and dispositions. David’s leadership and strategic vision are instrumental in driving Wasa Properties’ continued growth and success. 

Eric Li serves as a Senior Associate at Wasa Properties, bringing extensive experience in investment analysis and project management to his role. Previously, Eric worked at a Brooklyn-based multi-family development firm, where he managed underwriting, market research, and investor relations. His expertise spans various aspects of real estate operations, including development, asset management, acquisitions, and construction management. Eric’s focus on job costing and investment analysis contributes significantly to driving value and maximizing returns for Wasa Properties’ stakeholders. 

Alan Langer serves as Corporate Counsel at Wasa Properties, overseeing the company’s legal activities and providing support for asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, and investment analysis. Prior to joining Wasa Properties, Alan worked at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he provided corporate and securities advice to clients, including Blackstone and KKR, focusing on various corporate transactions such as debt and equity offerings, mergers, and acquisitions. Alan earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2013 and holds licenses as a real estate and insurance broker. Alan’s multifaceted expertise and dedication to excellence greatly benefit Wasa Properties’ success. 

J’Laine Mills serves as the Controller for Wasa Properties, overseeing corporate and property accounting operations, investor reporting, and accounting systems management. With over 20 years of experience in real estate finance, J’Laine has specialized in organizations dedicated to the development, acquisition, and management of multi-family and commercial properties. She holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Dallas and has been an active member of the International Association of Professional Women since 2012. J’Laine’s expertise in financial management and dedication to excellence contribute significantly to Wasa Properties’ financial health and success.
