Brooklyn, NY – Wasa Properties announces the acquisition of Southlake Pavilion, a 218,059 square-foot power center in Morrow, GA (Atlanta MSA) through an Auction process. The center is anchored by Best Buy, American Signature Furniture and PetSmart. Other notable tenants include Empire Beauty School, FedEx and T-Mobile.

The property is located at the intersection of Mt. Zion Boulevard and Mt. Zion Road which is a strong retail corridor in south of Atlanta. The center is about 5 miles from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport which is the busiest airport in the country.

The immediate trade area includes a regional mall anchored by Macy’s, Sears, H&M, Forever 21 and a number of national tenants which attract and create a wide customer draw. The market includes other notable tenants such as: Home Depot, Costco, Publix, Burlington, T.J. Maxx, AMC Theater, LA Fitness, to name a few.
