Brooklyn, NY – Wasa Properties announces the sale of Arapaho Village Shopping Center in Richardson, Texas (Dallas MSA). The 101,507 square foot retail center is anchored by Tom Thumb, Anytime Fitness, and WellMed. At the time of sale, the property was 92% occupied, with new leases and renewals signed for Tom Thumb and WellMed.
Wasa Properties originally acquired Arapaho Village in the second quarter of 2014 when the center was 81% occupied, with approximately 19,125 square feet of vacancy. Over the course of ownership, Wasa Properties successfully leased and renewed a total of 10,915 square feet of space.
The sale of Arapaho Village was brokered by Disney Investment Group.
